How it Started with me?

Hi All,

I just joined the club today.....seems like I am not alone in this world with Trichotillomania.

I am now 25 yrs old. It started when i was in school 9 years old. I can't stop this habit and have bald inside the hair and looks awful with white hair growing...i joined this group hoping that i will get the needed help..........can anybody help me stop this bad habit and what is the treatmennt?
