Baldness is no longer taboo in our society.

It's perfectly alright for men to talk about male pattern baldness and its solutions in a frank, open, adult manner - without the silly, defensive jokes that were so commonplace a couple of years ago.

My boss is 40 something and rapidly going bald, so I told him about Propecia and the science behind it. He listened carefully but didn't seem too impressed.

What really impressed him, though, were my tips to improve erections. I told him about Cialis (he knew v****, of course, but not Cialis) and the new ED drug Vigamed (oral phentolamine). He's not a young kid anymore and he's trying to have a second child, so he was most pleased with my explanations.

Now that's still a huge taboo in our society: erectile dysfunction. Most men would rather be tortured to death than admit they have a problem. The good news is there are many effective treatments available - even though most men don't have the guts to seek professional help. :(

Penile fracture is another huge taboo.

It is a common affliction but most guys don't even know what penile fracture is, others think it's a joke. I honestly don't see what's so funny about it.

Why dont you tell him he's a fat C*nt and his breath stinks while you're at it. :woot: I'm sure he'd appreciate some diet tips and a bottle of Listerine. (and I thought CCS was weird)!!
