How frequently do you use Regenpure DR/ NT?

I use both daily. Is that advisable? With my hair type (thick, medium-length) the Regenepure website suggests that you use DR and NT on alternate days. However, DR seems to make my hair pretty limp and without using the NT afterwards, I dread to think what it would look like.

For a keto shampoo twice a week is more than enough. I heard more can be bad for your scalp/hair.

I agree that every day might be too much; maybe that is why my hair is so limp. I think I'll either use the DR less or switch to Revita.

1% everyday is not a problem.....its the 2% that you dont wanna use everyday.

regenepure dr has no SLS so its not as harsh

use a good conditioner after the DR. i recommend tricomin conditioning shampoo. did wonders for me.
