if a guy for instance starts seeing signs of male pattern baldness at 27, what is the earliest when he might go completely bald (horseshoe shape bald)?

One can never really be sure. Some men, go from NW2 to NW5 or 6 in the span of 4-5 years and for others it may just be a sloooooow, gradual recession followed by crown thinning all over the course of 20 years. It's impossible to tell which one any of us will be. I'm sure most of us would prefer the latter option if we had to choose between these two sh!t sandwiches. Typically though, the younger you are when you start balding, the more extensive your loss will be. If you start before 35 like a lot of us have, you can probably bank on being at least a Norwood 5 or worse in the future.

and here I thought 27 was a little older than average for first signs of male pattern baldness.

If you touch tren like me you can lose your temple points in a month
Considering the massive amounts of testosterone that go into your body via Trenbolone, an anabolic steroid, you can probably guess that would lead to greater amounts of DHT, and in turn kill the hair follicles that are genetically predisposed to be weaker to the aforementioned DHT. Then, there's just some guys who were never going to go bald anyway that did a ton of steroids and are still rocking a lot of hair at an old age like Schwarzenegger and Stallone.

Tren is a dht steroid it's the worse steroid for your hairline . When I stopped taking it my temples grew back . Does that mean I don't have the baldness gene or what?

That means that your hairs are not sensitive to the natural concentration of dht, but sensitivity is straight up male pattern baldness. The sensitivity gets worse over the years, and if it will ever reach the point where natural dht concentration will be enough, you will start to lose hair. No one knows when, but most likely it will.

4 or 5 years probably is the fastest from nw1 to dr. phil mode without steroids

It means that your hairs are DHT sensitive enough to be damaged by the massive ammounts of DHT through trenbolone, but when it comes to your natural DHT levels, they are not strong enough to damage the hair, and were able to heal in the absence of tren. That is all male pattern baldness is, a high sensitivity to androgens in the hair. Your sensitivity is higher than someone who would experience no loss on tren, but not high enough to have male pattern baldness naturally.

I'm gonna guess when I get in my mid 20s and 30s my hair will naturally become more sensitive to dht

Your hair doesn't become more sensitive to DHT. There is a cumulative effect and a threshold for DHT and other androgens as well.

Basically, you're hair becomes thinner naturally under the cumulative effects of androgens, while the more rapid male pattern baldness process has more to do with 5-AR activity shooting up as you get older.

my dht levels are at the top of the range naturally at age 19. Should I be expecting it to continue to rise ?

I first noticed my hairloss when I was 27. For a few years, I thought I was just thinning in the crown until I got into my 30s (33 now) when I noticed my front was thinning as well. Some of the older guys who I just casually spoke with told me they also started losing their hair in their 30s. I think we are disadvantaged compared to the older generation as it seems like our bodies produce more hormones and we deal with more stress. Personally, I think I would have a had nearly a full head of thinning hair by the time I am middle age. I like short hair so my thinning hair is more apparent to me.
