How far along? Any noticeable improvement?

dutasteride for 1 year. minoxidil for 3 years. nizoral on and off for 2 years. I feel it definitely looks better and has more thickness. But it could be just longer grown. Any thoughts. Second image is the before

Definitely maintaining which is fine because your hairline has no issues. Any side effects from dutasteride?
