I've had the same hairline since I was about 19, I am Doing dermarolling at 1.5mm 1x per week and applying serioxyl Loreal Brand the other 6 should I see a dermatologist?

Preventing further recession, if you do continue to recede, requires inhibiting dht or blocking the androgen receptors. So finasteride, topical dutasteride, some variation of the two. Or topical AAs like RU.

I think you’re a norwood 2. And those whispy hairs on top of your head imply some thinning.
