As far as I'm aware it doesn't work at all for hair loss. The companies left using it still continue advertising it for hair loss.

I am not aware of any other clinical trails or controlled studies. I had my first PRP treatment Oct 27, We used the Angel System. I would like to get this done every 8 months but it's expensive. They say you need at least 3 treatments 6 months apart to see results. I'll try to go every 8 months.

I've gotten PRP three times for acne scars I have. PRP is known as the "best healing" agent that reproduces skin cell, but based on my experiences, the results were only slightly better compared to other serums like vitamin C/E serum, copper peptide, etc. Even though scalp and facial skin are a bit different, I do not think PRP would be that beneficial for hair loss.

I had a PRP treatment almost 6 months ago. My hair stopped falling out(still have hair that falls out but not like before, maybe 1 10th of how it would fall out before) about 3 months after the treatment. I've grown peach fuzz in bald areas aswell. I'm about to go for my 2nd treatment. Trying to find someone who's actually grown real hair and not just peach fuzz from PRP treatments, no ones replied to my post yet so I'm guessing not too many success stories but it definitely slowed my hair loss.
