some more rudimentary advice from Sean68...

i would highly advise minoxidil in an only topical regimen. the only thing thats gonna be effective for your temples is spironolactone and youve got to apply it twice a day in my experience.

if you think of a regimen like a meal then youve got no meat in it. tricomin and revita are like the condiments but youve got nothing to put them on.

if it were me...

spectral dnc/foam
prox-n (instead of tricomin)
spironolactone & or something like fluridil as youre not using finasteride.
nizoral/revita

I would add a internal DHT suppressant if I were you. I think everyone should take either finasteride or dutasteride. If you getting any serious side effects just decrease the does until they stop. Warning though, Topical spironolactone (Dr Lee's) absolutely stinks like a baboons ***.

So the only thing that is effective on temples is spironolactone. I use Tricomin right now. Just started. I do not want to use minoxidil.

How can I regrow with spironolactone without the stink?
What is spironolactone. How does It work?
How well does it work?

from what i see from dr proctors website

Prox N and using
NANO shampoo can combat this really well. and im sure along with spironolactone cream...this would would just as much as finasteride. am i right?

my question is Since NANO supposely works like minoxidil you use it all over your head? even in the places you arent receding? would it mess up your hair at all?

Well, I have no experience with spironolactone but from what I have read it is only good for maintenance and usually used with minoxidil. If you reject both finasteride and minoxidil then I would at least consider some supplements such as Biotin and silica. I would skip the MSM if you only use it for hair.
