It seems that I am having a hard time keeping my cheeks/fat in control on my face. I am 6'1 and 180 pounds so I am not over weight at all. Infact I have skinny legs and I am satisfied with my upper body. When ever I work out I do about 8-10 minutes of treadmill. I dont do more because I fear loosing weight. I 've been a skinny person all my life and I dont want to be skinny again but it seems that I gain weight faster on the face and cheeks. I was wondering if there is any specific exercise or more cardio that I need to do to control that. If I loose weight, I am sure my cheeks will be toned but I want to gain a lil weight (5 pounds) without putting weight on my face and I want more toned cheeks. Any suggestions anyone ?
any dietary changes I need to make ? I currently take non fat milk, organic cereal, oatmeal and maybe a lil high carb diet to keep my weight steady.
and no I dont use minoxidil.
