How do you rank all of the treatments outside the big 3?

I read about so many thrown around - Tricomin, spironolactone, Revivogen, Tea Trees, Alpecin, Biotin, Silica, Revita....it seems overwhelming, how does one prioritize these chemicals in their importance to preventing or reversing hair loss?

Additionally, there seem to be alot of alternative ideas that use chemicals in the big 3 (Dr. Lees, DMC, etc.) but aren't the more popular brands - are these just as good or better or would it be best to stick with the ones studied? I can't tell if they are risky as they aren't the ones used in the studies. At the same time, they contain the same chemicals, so technically they should work as well or better, unless added ingredients conflict with whatever the main chemical is. As of now the only thing I am going to do is the big 3, but would like to feel like I am doing the most I can.
