How do I press lace down without getting my finger stuck?

I put glue on my forehead. Very sticky stuff. spreading it thin is no problem. I th en put the lace on. I can lay it on even. But I want to press the lace in, since the glue is supposed to be pressure sensitive. That's when I get my finger stuck. When I pull my finger off, it leaves a bunch of white bubble marks on the glue and lace. How do I get around this? Put alcohol on my finger tip?

Dont use fingers, use a wide toothed comb treated with a thin layer of conditioner or water.

Fingers make the hairs gluster and then the hairline doesn't look very good...combs and conditioner just like in a cool room too...MB says..
