how do I get rid of scalp acne?

Hey guys I have question. I have acne pretty much in a my thinning areas of my scalp. I wash my hair everyday with a mild shampoo and I use niz2% 3x a week but I still cannot get rid of the acne on my scalp. Has anyone successfully eliminated acne from their scalp (if they had it) and if so, what product did you use?? Thanks.

Sorry bud i have no idea, but you could go and see a dermatologist. hey will be able to point you in the right direction.

T/Sal poo should help, since salicylic acid is used to treat acne on the face as well.

i was using nizoral and got a bad out break on my scalp a few days ago....i said wut the hell and went and bought t/sal....today was my second day using it and it really helped

A nice extra benefit of T/Sal is that it exfoliates dead skin cells so your topicals penetrate better. Not to mention combating dandruff. I highly recommend it.
