I realize that some people think food has nothing to do with hair loss while some people swear by it.
Most common argument is "some people eat greasy and sweet foods every day and maintain full hair for rest of their lives while some people eat green veggies and fruits all the time, yet go bald."
I know it's very hard to say that what you eat determines your hair, but I am very curious about relationship between body's glucose level and hair loss, if there is any.
Is there any relationship between two? I read a lot of posts about glucose level crash after eating sweet foods, which exacerbates hair loss. Has anybody experienced increased hair loss from eating junk/sweet food? If so, please feel free to share your experience/knowledge. Thanks a lot.
