How benificial are compound lifts?

I know they save time by combining exercises. But how much does the double load improve HGH and other stuff? How much more beficial is bench press than dumbbell flyes combined with tricep extentions, or lat pull downs than one handed bent over rows combined with curls?

would combining reverse butterflies with bench press work the triceps too much for a twice per week program?

every article I read on compound lifts says "bench press releases more growth hormone than tricep extensions". But none of them say "bench press releases more growth hormone than dumbbell flies combined with tricep extensions". Why don't they say that? I'm trying to find some evidence that compound exercises are actually better than isolation lifts. I work my entire upper body in 30 minutes with all isolation lifts, and I'm getting stronger. I want to know if I really need to change anything, and these article's neglect to make the stronger assertion makes me wonder if they are trying to be misleading. I know some fools do nothing but curls, but I'm not one of those.

Correction: more fibers per lift. But if I do a group of isolations that hit the same fibers as the compound, and don't double up, would I grow less?

if you think you are saving more energy by doing deadlifts/squats/dips than by doing barbell curls tricep extensions etc. u are an idiot.

I guess its because you're just training a higher volume of your muscles which in turn allows you to release massive amounts of GH and Test (Such as doing squats/DL/bench)

you dont release massive amount of growth hormone..in fact the release is very minimal and probably negligible.

compount lifts allow you to lift more weight since you are using multiple muscle groups..more weight + more potential to add weight to the lift + foodx1000 = muscle growth.
