How bad is my receeding/balding?

Late 20s. Never noticed it until the past couple of years.

Thinking of starting fina, just trying to weigh the risk/rewards.

Your hairline is better than mine ever was! For late 20s, your hair is great. I doubt it's currently on it's way to something worse, but pictures can never be conclusive.

It seems a lot less than it used to be a few years ago but I can't pin down exactly where.

My father who is in his 60s has a lot more hair than me, especially around the temples.

I have the least hair out of anyone in my family, actually.

In the ''older'' pics you seem to be using gel/ may just have wet hair, which will always make your hair look thinner. You genuinely don't seem to be losing hair and the fact that everyone else in your family has more hair as you say, just means you have great hair genetics. I don't think you have anything to worry about

No worries! If you are genuinely concerned, a minituarization test at a dermatologist's will be able to tell you whether or not you will lose more hair. Just something to consider if you'd rather be 100% sure.

Never trolled. He is NW2. The hair line is not straight.

Not all juvenile hairlines are for one thing, and yes he is a norwood 1.5/ 2. For someone in their late 20s, that's extremely normal. My dad's been norwood 2 since the age of 19, it's just a mature hairline.
