I think you should use Finasteride, Minoxidil and Nizoral.
Maybe some copper peptides like Tricomin or Folligen if you're really worried.
Save yourself some stress and money and forget all that other crap.
If you're a diffuse thinner, then the first three will likely work in 6-12 months time. If you're receding, then you can target the hairline with a stronger Minoxidil or maybe even spironolactone.
