HM looks promising, but what about Blood supply?

Hair multipilcation looks promising in the near (hopefully) future. God I sure hope so. But anyway, I was thinking, that what about the blood supply for these cells? The bald area is known to have a decreased blood supply hence baldness. Does this make sense? How will they get the body to synthesize new bloodvessels to these cells? Thanks.

What I've heard a lot of experts say is that there's more than enough blood flow to the scalp, regardless of whether there's hair on not. That's why "iamnaked" noted that hair transplants work (meaning transplanted hair grows strong with the blood supply in the previously bald area).
