I was thinking of ordering...

1.Revivogen
2. Nizoral
3. Emerald Balance Canister, 10 oz
4. MSM

What else do I need to add/Subtract? i am not going to take finasteride or any drug of that sort. I havent had receding hair yet or thinning, but I am trying to block as much DHT as I can.

Thanks.

Why should we help you decide what to buy if you aren't losing any hair? You don't need anything.

Btw that's a pretty pathetic regimen for blocking DHT.

Dude, I have like a small crown thinning and it might be balding, can you just help me with a regimen to block DHT.

And if everyone on both sides is bald, and for generations I am definetly going bald.

The only one on the list that i know will have anti-DHT properties is Nizoral. I'm not too sure what revivogen or the emerald stuff does and msm i believe just makes your existing hair grow faster and longer.

As you can probably tell, i'm certainly no expert but it seems that for anyone really concerned about the effects of DHT, finasteride is probably your best bet. If you haven't lost much hair i don't know whether minoxidil is worth it or not but definatly consider finasteride.

Since he is apparently not losing hair or thinning, then it's not wise to advise him to jump on something like finasteride. His prospective regimen sounds fine. And a product like Revivogen is arguably best considering his circumstance. Its worked for some, but didn't for others. Since you aren't losing yet, there is no loss in trying that treatment. Plus, you only need to use it once a day (you're gonna have to use it at night though as people say its greasy to apply and takes a few hours to dry). It's a safer product than finasteride also. But, the minute you notice that you are progressively thinning or losing hair despite consistent usage of Revivogen, you might wanna try jumpin on finasteride and/or some sort of other topical dht-blocker.

Drop all that stuff and only keep the Nizoral. But try to get 2% if possible.

If you are thinning then you must add finasteride otherwise nizoral is all you need for now.

I agree with Lorenzo. You don't want to be using all these treatments until you need them, otherwise you can become dependent on all of this crap but you don't actually need any of it.

Nizoral will give you a healthy scalp and its a good idea for non male pattern baldness sufferers to use for general health anyway. If things start to move, or thin, then I would get on finasteride, but not before.
