Help with temple concerns and solutions

Here is my story. I have always had higher temples but that is just how I was meant to be. The right has always been way worse do to the cowlick in my hair. Recently I realized my hairline was now getting worse and immediately jumped on Proscar 1/4 a day. I have also been using Rogaine foam on the right temple since Late December.

I would have to say it seems like the regime has been working and my hair has stabilized. I never experienced any big sheds or anything. I know I have not given it the whole 6 months so I am excited I might see more growth in months to come

My real question is, my right temple is much worse than the left. If it matched the left side I would have never had to find this forum. Looking from the right side with the higher temple and cowlick in my hair almost gives me a Mohawk look from that side. I keep my hair short and plan on sticking with the treatment. With the right side making my head look stupid (at least in my eyes) would getting a minor hair transplant be in my favor? I am only 24 and worried it will just make my life worse. Is there anything I could do to help my battle? I just get down because if it weren’t for the right side I would feel and look confident. Any suggestions on regime and alternatives would be appreciated

I guess everyone feels there hair loss looks the worst…….

I also use nizoral 2x per week.

I'm having the same issue. The left corner/temple of my hairline is regrowing faster than the right corner/temple of my hairline. I don't think there is anything one can do about it. I believe that the slower side will eventually catch up to the other. As both sides are regrowing for me. So my advice would be to just be patient. Especially if you do know that it is working on both sides.
