I was using rogaine foam for about a year twice a day.
due to cost I decided to try the kirklands solution but tend to do this once a day as I don't like it on my hair for work.
So I have just received delivery of one moth solution an one month foam (both kirkands)
I also just bought some nizoral and have alpecin shampoo
my plan is:
solution on a night, foam on a morning,wash with apecin most days and use he nizoral once a week instead
does that sound about right?
