HELP!! what to do? need advice.

So after 3 months on finasteride 1mg/day, it seems that I have still got the itch. Not sure whether it's the same or worse; but definitely not better. Reflex hyperandrogenicity maybe?

Anyway, should I stick it out and hope for the best? decrease the dosage? increase the dosage?

I often do but I find that it doesnt lather up good. Does nizoral just mask the actual itch, or does it sort it?

well I do have a high libido, though what you would say the itch is? not necessarily a bad thing?
