help please

hey guys sorry i haven tbeen around in a while but i play minor pro hockey and its tough to get to a comp........here we go, any help would be great.....
is wearing a helmet and sweating on my scalp hurting my hairloss
and also please let me know about your success/failures with minoxidil or xandrox....
i have noticed an incredible amount of thinning in the past few weeks and am thinking of getting on xandrox with spironolactone (hairline)

i have heard from that show on MTV about the urban myths, that wearing a hat (helmet) does not cause balding, they said it is a total myth that wearing a hat will be bad in any way.

the helmet might cause some irratation with the minoxidil. etc....so maybe use folligen to help for overall scalp health

A hat or a helmet might pull out a few hairs that were weak anyway. I doubt either would make a noticible diff.
