Hi my name is rich i am 23 and have been receeding for someyears now. I am not so much worried about regrowth for now (although i will be ) i am more concerned with stopping it getting any worse! if anyone knows anything that can help me please say

It could be a maturing hairline. If the hair behind it is thick and healthy, then its nothing to worry about.
If you can, get your scalp mapped for miniaturization by a dermatologist. If thats not a possibility, buy a usb microscope, about $80 on amazon, and comparable to the price of a derm visit. A receding hairline at your age could be a maturing hairline just as easily as it could be male pattern baldness.
