Hello everyone my second post now, the first one didn't get any replies. I'm looking for some help my hair is getting to a thinner stage now and I'm wanting to start some sort of cure to help things improve. Hopefully I've caught it at an earlyish stage, advice please on how to get things started and as I live in the UK I've tried to get on finasteride via the doctors they won't prescribe it to me as the UK are quite strict with it. Help please even if I can keep what I have I will be happy

To seriously treat your Androgenetic Alopecia, I strongly recommend to do the following:

+Use topical Minoxidil 5% strength to stimulate the follicles for hair growth. Apply the Minoxidil to the affected areas of hair loss. Use at least once daily, use twice daily for best results.
+Use a Ketoconazole shampoo to help condition the scalp incase there's any inflammation present from your Androgenetic Alopecia. There one-percent and two-percent strength. I suggest to get the one-percent strength since two-percent tends to be too harsh on the hair and scalp. I recommened to get 'Regenepure DR' and contains one-percent Ketoconazole. It's currently the only Ketoconazole shampoo available that's fit for daily use.
+If you're in the earliest stages of Androgenetic Alopecia and it's mild, get on Finasteride. If you're Androgenetic Alopecia is moderate to extensive and is rapid, I suggest Dutasteride. Try to get a prescription for either one according to how your Androgenetic Alopecia is. You should be able to find a doctor that will be willing to prescribe you the medication that you need to treat your Androgenetic Alopecia.
