I am only 25, started hearing friends mention my hair whorl since high school. Never did look at it as much concern since was told it was normal thing. About 2 years ago I started to worry. About a year ago I became concerned. About six montha ago I have finally decided to take action. I mostly led a sedentary life after high school. I gained a lot of weight and my stress levels increased from college to a Tech job. Currently into programming which is stressful. I usually prefer short hair with a fade but I have noticed that my whorl becomes more noticable. I have now let my hair grow out of desperation and possibly a way to hide the whorl a bit. The action I took was remove sugars, fats from my diet such as soda. I still drink beer but occasionally. I also started going to the gym and lifting weights amd doing cardio. This is not enough though and I feel like I will go bald in the crown area by age 35 at most! Any help from fellow guys who have had this problem? Anything I should take? I have only heard of Minoxidil but am not aware of how helpful it can be or if there are other products. I tend to be more natural and have gone to using coconut oil but it does not do a damn thing. Also am experiencing gray hair at my right side. This is all genetic and I hate it lol.
