Help me out please.

I am wondering if you guys can give me some input on what products I should use and where to get them. Here is my situation: I am 23 and I have thinning hair all over my scalp. My hair line is not really receeding, but my hair is defenantely thinning. I am looking to stop this thinning and start to regrow some of the hair I have lost. Just to clarify, I cant afford propecia. There are so many products out there that I really don't know what to try. What do you guys think? Can I give you any other info to help me out.
