Help I Feel I'm Getting Gyno From Finasteride

I'm worried of getting gyno, I'm on finateride for 5 months, it's not visible but I feel something on the nipples when I grab them, I'm not sure if this because I gained some wait or it's a gyno, but it feels weird I'm afraid I have to quit, anyone got gyno on finasteride how it's feel when it's started and dose it go away after quitting?

Nope, got my tits from Estradiol. Do you you have a hard lump under one or both nipples? This is usually accompanied by a slight sensation of pain to the slightest touch. That was the first sign of breast development for me.

Thanks for replaying, no pain at all ,just a little hard round things under the both nipples, I don't know if it's fat or a gyno, not exactly under the nipples, it's around the nipples, I'm gaining some weight so I'm doubtful.

It is an uncommon side effect on finasteride but is possible. @michel sapin help him out here. He has experience with gyno on finasteride.

tricky issue . do you have baselie pics ?
take a mammography . If you stop i time , DHT will come back and will catabolize the gland .
If not , there will have fibrosis of the gland and you will have to do a surgery .

for me it is almost impossible to have " tits " on fina . but puffy nipples are really possible .

Nah switched to .5mg dutasteride EOD. Quit finasteride altogether. Been on duta for like 1.5 months now. Still no sides, but still seem to be losing hair.
