hi i am age 26, recently past year, i realize i have temple hair loss.
its like two Vs on left and right.
i was wondering is there any vitamins, cream or thing i should do to prevent from losing more hair or maybe even to regrow hair loss there

it may be just your "mature hairline" you need to show a pic with you eyebrows raised so you can see your forehead wrinkles

usually every male will acquire some temporal loss in late teens and twenties to the extent of a "mature hairline" its just the degree of loss which distinguishes male pattern baldness or not

if your really curious about your loss ..... go see a derm and see your miniaturization in such
