Help. Have Hirsutism High Dht And Balding Fast

I was diagnosed in 2009 with hirsutism and was put on Spironolactone. it worked great for me for many years kept my hair until recently. I'm 41 now and all of my hair is falling out fast I'm very thin and mostly bald on top. most of my blood work has come back fine so far still waiting on a few test results. I've been reading so many things about want to use what not to use what to try what works? I'm going to buy my first wig piece today.

Have you tried Androcur? Should speak about it with an endocrinologist.
Sorry you are going through that. I am 29 and losing my hair rapidly... life sucks.

Thats a good idea. Im so confused and I don't have anyone really to talk about this. I'm confused... if an endocrine will give me prescriptions to help this or if it's an OB/GYN doctor?? Or dermatologist? Have u had any luck with androcur?
