If youre going to have a hair transplant, you will wind up getting at least a thousand grafts. Its better to get a bigger surgery than a smaller one because you do not want to have SEVERAL small scars in the back of your head which will make any future buzzcut look frankenstinian.
Be honest, what do you expect your final state of baldness to be at 40, 50, and 60? How big is your donor area in sqaure inches? You can measure this with a large sheet of paper vs. your future bald area. Its a huge decision. If youre a N2 right now, why not try propecia and nizoral and read up on treatments and see if you can hold on to what you have for 10 years. By then, we may scientifically have cloning, or gene therapy that will make present day 1 to 1 transplantation obsolete.

For whatever it's worth, I agree that it's not worth getting in the chair for 200 grafts. You also run the risk of shockloss to the surrounding natural hair! :freaked:
