I have no doubt in my mind I am experiencing a slight-moderate degree of hairloss at my crown due to male pattern baldness but the thing is that I have equally thin hair everywhere besides the crown. You can see through slightly, unless it is styled in a certain way.
On my sides, even in the safe zone, if I lift my hair up you see an abnormal amount of scalp. You can sometimes see through the sides as well even though they're 1.5-2 inches long.
About a year/1.5 years ago, before I started regimens, my hair started shedding huge globs in the drain to the point where it would almost clog it. Eventually it stopped but my hair density had decreased drastically. Once I started my regimen of lipogaine and S5 my crown's thinning area had shrunk but the density is still low all over in a relatively uniformed manner.
During that time period I was diagnosed with anxiety, severe depression, and had high amounts of stress which was added on to with starting to work full-time in school and finals, along with a death of a loved one.
I also lost 15 pounds in around 3-4 weeks from a diet/workout program.
I have not seen any improvement in density but it definitely hasn't gotten worse as far as I can tell.
Still needing to go to the doctor to check my thyroid as hypothyroidism is prevalent in my family.
Could it be dpa, dupa, or Telogen Effluvium and male pattern baldness?
I'll answer any questions. I just really need answers and I don't see the doctor for 3 more weeks.
