Hello New Here, Need Help Receding Temples And Thinning

Over the past couple years ive watching my temples recede, last year was rough but i got over it now i can see the top of my head thinning, how do i keep what i have

This might be a long post but I'll tell you all your options. First. The big 3, Finasteride, Minoxidil aka Rogaine, and nizoral 1 or 2 shampoo.
