Four facts, wondering if they might mean something:

1. I've never had persistent headaches in my life prior to this year
2. I now have persistent headaches every single day
3. This year I started to notice hair loss for the first time.
4. I believe these headaches were caused by stress and, therefore, increased pressure in the scalp.

With this in mind, maybe trepanning might be a cure for baldness? ;)

Headaches do not cause hairloss, however, hairloss causes many headaches.

well, that's the obvious, educated answer, based on current scientific thinking. But, I wonder if any studies have been done into this before. If not, you can't dismiss it!

Since headaches are aches in the scalp muscles(I think anyways), and talking about all this, makes one wonder if the scalp muscles have anything to do with the hairfollices. HHmmmmmm................................... :?

i get bad fuckin tension headaches at least once a night..feels like my head is in vice. I cannot imagine that this is good for hair. Its blood vessels contracting no? So doesnt this mean the pressure is due to less blood around the head/scalp area?

Gees guy! Do I ever feel for ya! I hate it when I get those dang tension headaches! No, I'm sure that isn't good for your scalp. But I guess that I've got concerns if you're having these at "least once a night"?!!! Yeow guy! I'd see a Doctor about that as that doesn't sound good at all.
