Right its that time of year again! The time when I wake up in the morning and constantly sneeze and rub my eyes. I take a tablet to help combat it but it hardly makes any difference and its going to be like this now for next 3 months! Is there anything I can do to help me overcome this? Is there anything I can eat or drink to stop it? I know I should avoid grassy areas but its quite difficult as I live near lots of fields! Any suggestions?

Last summer my doctor prescribed me some tablets that worked well so maybe I'll have to go to the doctors to get some more for this year. All the hayfever tablets in the shops don't work for me so I must get it pretty bad! I have had it since the age of 9 and it sucks!

mines bloody awful today mate what did your Doctor prescribe? was
it something you have to take continuously or just something quick to shift
it? either would do really.

Ah mate mine is awful today as well. My Doctor prescribed me some tablets. i am not sure what they're called but they did the trick! I told him that all the tablets on the market (claratin, benedryl, periton etc) don't work and he prescribed me 3 months supply of tablets that don't make you drousy and 100% eliminates the hayfever. I hope this helps!

Well from what I've been reading, you could try consuming foods that are anti-inflammatory.

I've just started drinking Rooibos tea and that is supposed to help.
