Havnt Received My S5 Cream Plus Did Anyone Else

I ordered on the 13th never got a confirmation email from s5 site but got email from PayPal of my charge. I emailed them on the 24th asking what's up and they said it should be coming in a few days but the postage link he gave me the package was in the UK and I live in America. It now says delievered but doesn't say where obv that's the wrong tracking code most likly
I emailed then back few days ago and no response @Admin please help me out
