I'm 30 and I have a younger brother who's 28. We live in different States, and probably see each other once a year, usually at Christmas time.
He's at the age now where I started showing signs of balding (well, actually I was a little younger, I was almost 27), so before we saw each other last Christmas, I was curious to see if he was showing any signs of balding.
I mean, baldness is the genes, so since I'm balding...
(unless he's adopted, but then my parents would have a lot of explaining to do.)
So I see him at Christmas and sure enough he's got some serious thinning in the crown and back of his head. However, I believe his hairloss is preceding much slower than mine did. Most of his hair is still very thick, and appearance wise, I don't think his hair is going to get worse for several more years, but who knows?
I don't believe he's on any hairloss treatments (like propecia or rogaine), but he tells he uses Head and Shoulders shampoo, to which I recommended Nizoral.
How about you guys? Have any balding siblings?
