Have low DHT and really high Prolactin, should I take topical Finasteride?

Just got my blood test results back and most of my hormones fall in the normal range besides DHT and Prolactin. My LH is also slightly high. Should I use topical finasteride? I know it doesn't really affect LH and Prolactin but my DHT is borderline low. Or should I consider Fluridil? See pics for my hormone levels.

I've taken 1mg oral finasteride (everyday) in the past and experienced side effects which is why I'm very hesitant to use it again. Planning to use 0.025% topical finasteride 3x a week for at least the first 2 months and then may move up to using it everyday.

Smart plan. Oral is way riskier than topical. I'm on topical with no sides.

I visited many endocrinologists and found out that they usually only worry about very high hormone levels (like 100 times the normal amount). I had high prolactin levels for years, but they went back to normal when I ate better and started intermittent fasting.
