Has nanoxidil worked for anyone?

I reacted very badly to minoxidil (swelling etc.), but discovered there is an alternative: nanoxidil. Spectral claims that it works almost just like minoxidil, but even better, however I see no evidence of this anywhere. No studies, no pictures etc. except for positive reviews.

So I am simply asking: has nanoxidil worked for anyone like minoxidil does for a lot of people? I.E. some regrowth?

That stuff has been around for a while and I have not heard one person ever mention it on a hair loss forum - not a good sign.
