Has my right side worsened?

Has my right side worsened or has it improved slightly?
I personally think I've worsened, but was hoping to get some second opinions. I apologize for the last two photos, my phone suffered some water damage recently and I haven't replaced it yet.

I would love to give you advice, and no offense man, but these pictures are terrible. Do you see how blurry they are? Can you take some better ones?

Yah, I'm sorry for the last two. I'm going to be getting a replacement next week. A little over a month ago my phone got knocked into a pool. I haven't been stressing about my hair as much lately so I wasn't in a rush to replace my phone since all the other features work fine with the exception of the camera. I'm just having a bad day, to the point I called in sick. When I stress like this I tend to obsess over if I've improved or worsened. But like you said the picture quality on the last two is so horrible it's hard to make an accurate assessment.
