I'd say dermarolling failed me but I'm just not consistent enough about doing it to get a fair assessment of it working. It got old fast rubbing needles on my head hoping hair will grow

I think most ppl get modest results. But bleeding, pain, aggravation n eventual scar tissue is hardly worth it. For the rest of your miserable life too.

On and off for a year. Hard to say whether it did anything
