This is my first post on this forum and I’m excited to be here. I just had my first FUE transplant about two weeks ago and everything went well. The donor and grafts have healed well and I’m really looking forward the long term results.
The doctor has recommended that I now start using Minoxidill to encourage the new follicle growth. While scrolling through some posts on this site, I’ve seen a lot of members discuss their success of using Retin A to assist with Minoxidill absorption. Since Retin A is still only available through precipitation and somewhat expensive, I’m curious if anyone has tried over the counter Differin Gel for their hair loss. I know that Retin A and Differin are both retinoids with similar properties. What are your thoughts or experiences?
I know you all like pics, so attaching a few.
Thanks,
Ethan
