Yeah, he does sell a video apparently if you want a more detailed explanation of the excercises, but the basic description of them is free I guess.

I did spend some time on his forum some time ago, never did try the scalp thingy. To be honest I don't think that stopped his hair falling out. The question we should ask is did he really suffer from male pattern baldness in the first place.

Plus there is hardly any success stories from his site. It you want to have a muscle face then I guess give it a try. Otherwise it's just a gobbled nob of old goats nackers.

When I was young all we had was the type of advice that quack gives. Quack, quack, quack. LOL!

Stick with the modern day stuff. Those "old" remedies just don't work IMHO.
