Has anyone ordered from Hollywood Lace?

I ordered from them once, pre-pandemic.
There were issues with transparency, i.e. i found they are much more reluctant than most companies to openly and accurately disclose the specifications of what they're selling you. And have to be tricked into doing so over the phone.
I detailed that experience here:
Imho, they're a pretty slimy.
Their prices were not competitive with, for example, Northwest Lace or Hairpiece Warehouse (cost was about double).
Hairpiece Warehouse delivered significantly higher quality products at half the price. Northwest Lace went above and beyond with customer service and offered extremely attentive, thorough and descriptive response to pressing questions about the product by email.
Post-pandemic is another world, of course, but I would't deal with Hollywood Lace again.

Note that they provide only illustrations of their product and no photos. Unreliable though photos are.
