Has anyone heard of hlcc

I spoke to a hair loss conultant today and he advised me of the following product combined with laser comb.

I think its a saw pallmetto formula.

Also what do you guys think of me adding saw pallmetto? Im currently on 0.25 finasteride? Would you suggest a topical saw pallmetto solution or tablets.
