The last 6 months my hair has been shedding badly. I lose about 50 hairs just in the shower each morning.
I only use Nizoral 2% 3 times a week. I've been using it for 12 months. The first 3 months it thickened and volumized my hair, but hasn't done anything since then.
Can anyone recommend a shampoo or an alternative to reduce shedding? I'm not interested in propecia/finasteride or minoxidil. I know I'll lose my hair one day, I just want to decrease the shedding.
