It sucks.

Anecdotally speaking, I believe weight lifting causes a great increase in my DHT.

Every time when i lift weights and eat a caloric surplus with lot's of healthy fats i notice the following:

1) Increase libido
2) Deeper voice
3) more aggressive
4) body and facial hair seems to grow thicker and faster
5) greater hair shedding :(

Unfortunately, in my experience weight lifting increases my test levels too high.

I've quit lifting weights and now i just go for jogs. I'm very depressed.

has anyone else done this?

I've Read a significant amount of studies which show T and DHT levels are increased through weights training and they remain elevated after the moments of exercise ceases. In my case I saw a drastic increase in the rate of hairloss after I started weights training. Anectodal and I can't be sure but it was a huge difference after I started.

Didn't experience the body hair, voice or libido changes though.

Are you on finasteride? That could help balance things again.
