Has Anyone Else Lost Length 'downstairs' From Dutasteride?

Hi all,

I've been taking dutasteride every day for 3 years. The only initial side I experienced was brain fog, which has slowly subsided. It's had no effect on my ability to get hard, and has perhaps improved my libido.

After two years, I began to suspect I wasn't achieving the same length whilst erect. More recently, I got the ruler out and I'm 99% certain that I've lost at least half an inch 'downstairs'.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Were the effects reversed when you switched to finasteride, or dropped oral antiandrogens completely?

Using a chemical without half the research data of finasteride as a topical hairloss treatment but of course you blame the Duta.

Sigh. Just note also that the c*** shrinks with age after your mid twenties.

Yes I've experienced this from Finasteride and Estrogen both, it's not surprising if you ask me. Get Andractim and put DHT on your dick. Stay on RU.

Boosting test works for the dick atrophy, but topical DHT gel would be even better.

You could try applying vitamin K2 and iodine to your balls. There is some anecdotal evidence that this can stimulate testosterone production. Might help. Doing so at your own risk, of course.

Yeah ... I lost 4 cm ..... and I’m not proud of it, especially when I have to be examined.
Im losing the battle, maybe I will try andractim, rub my dic with it. And my scalp... a way to tell nature I’m the one who decide to be bald and even balder.

Doing the exact opposite of what is required to fight hair loss. Obviously you cannot take anything that goes systemic, no finasteride, no estrogen, no systemic antiandrogens of any sort.

Lifting weights, using things that stimulate thyroid & testosterone production -> blackseed oil, vitamin K2 (orally & topically), iodine, etc. All that stuff helps, but it was mostly a spontaneous recovery from not castrating oneself chemically.

General health as a man, and hair loss, are two opposite sides of a seesaw for the most part. With these genetics, you can be an estrogenic beta cuck with no libido, or a walking NW5 erection machine. Your hair without your dick is about as useless as the other way around, so this is a really sorry situation to be in, sadly.

I can understand the scepticism on here but I thought the view was that taking dutasteride doesn't leave enougn DHT to maintain penile tissue?
