Has Anyone Doubled Their Minoxidil Dosage In Order To Try And Fight Back Against Losses?

Over two years on minoxidil now and my hair is nearly back to where it was when I started using it.

Is there any point increasing my dosage to try and get back to where I was?

Has anyone tried this?

I have already tried several minoxidil routine for 3 years . in my case even 1 x a day is the same so I stick with 1x 5%. rather than trying higher concentration (10%+) or more appications I added dermaroller 1xweek. Maybe you should consider it?! This helps

More ml/day would be easier, but both are the same from a technical POV.

I maintain quite well. But I cant be sure... maybe my hairloss has stagnated dunno but there are several studies out there proving it helps. Also youcan consider a combo minoxidil/fina topical... with low concentration of fina so side effects are non existant... it's another possibility but its up to you or also nizoral/shampoo or cream. Of course that does not answer your question regarding minoxidil but these are options to boost regrowth.

I use nizoral religiously. Can I buy the cream in my local pharmacy? OTC? I've read a japanese study showing that the cream did have positive effects, I've just never looked into actually buying the cream.
