Im not haire, but ill give you my input

first off try doing seated shoulder press and not standing or seated military press....

Another thing to try is lateral raises....which are pretty much the only exercise that can ISOLATE the anterior delt. The only problem with this is that its very difficult to continually add weight to these...I dont see too many guys doing front raises with 50 lb dumbbells..haha

Take a look at your clavicles. I pet they have a steep angle to them...Guys that are built like this seem to build traps very easily and tend to have more rounded chests.

Other guys have more "squared clavicles" or flat might be a better word. These guys usually have a tougher time building traps and usually have the squared chest look to them.

oddly enough lateral raises seem to build my traps. probably poor technique. had a bit of success with behind the neck presses though. what is working well at the moment though is dumbbell bench presses with like 30 - 40 kilo on each dumbbell.

lateral raises will detract from your training ..It is isolation work and a waste of time...The best shoulder builders are Seated barbell press and seated dumbell press...

lateral raises are also dangerous they may cause injury

every exercise is dangers and cause injury...your telling me deadlifts cant cause an injury???

doing lateral raises with a slight bend in your elbows is safe...and prob the best builder for the medial deltoids

Since your traps are so big, they're taking over the exercise. When my shoulders get tired, my traps sometimes take over on laterals too. Try seated DB presses and look at the floor about 5' in front of your body. You could also try Arnold Presses.

BTW - Don't do behind the neck presses unless you have very flexible shoulders. Very easy to hurt your shoulders like that.
