First of all this question is not solely made up by me. I've seen this debate in a forum somewhere long ago but I don't remember that debate being scientific. It was just bro science
The idea is hairy dudes with male pattern baldness are less sensitive to DHT because they have very high amounts of T and DHT being produced in their body so they're less sensitive to androgenic activity because of the abundance of the DHT in their body. This may be true depending on some people who respond to dht inhibitors if we take for example dudes who get no sides (libido especially) no matter how strong their regimen are (I might be completely wrong this is just a debate don't take it too seriously) and they see improvement if their regimen is good. With good I'm meaning they are able to reduce their DHT levels well below the reference thus their hair gets repaired and regrows,
Dudes with low dht in their body are more sensitive to androgenic activity because simply to put their system was that way in the beginning because of their genomes, thus when they inhibit dht below referrence levels they cannot tolerate and even they use finasteride, dutasteride etc. they still keep losing hair because their system works in a way that no matter how low dht is present in system, (not low level female levels obviously) their hair follicles will get affected unfortunately. If only we had scientific experiments done with male pattern baldness patients. I didn't see any hypothesis submitted in forums about this.
